The 24-year-old "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star was booked at a Los Angeles County jail Friday morning at 8:52 and released at 1:29 p.m.

A rep for Khloe released this statement to ET: "Khloe was prepared to serve her entire 30 -day sentence, if that was what the Sheriff's Department ordered. However, due to jail over-crowding, she was released after a few hours. She was treated no differently than anyone else serving a similar sentence. Of course, she is happy to be out and she thanks the Sheriff's Department for its professionalism. She now looks forwarding to successfully completing the terms of her probation."

Khloe was serving time for a DUI arrest and probation violation.Kim Kardashian's younger sister was sent there after she surrendered to the Van Nuys courthouse and was booked at 8:52 a.m. The Lynwood jail is the same facility that housed Paris Hilton for most of her term in an alcohol-related driving case.

Kardashian served her brief time for violating probation following a DUI arrest. Kardashian was arrested for DUI in March 2007, and was sentenced to three years probation.

On July 3, she was sentenced to 30 days in jail after failing to complete roadside cleanup duty and enroll in an alcohol education class.

"Khloe is ready and willing to serve out her sentence, no matter how long and where, and have this resolved," her rep previously told PEOPLE.
